For the first 5 months i had a big deficit approx. 700+ calories. I was taking in anywhere from 1000-1500 calories a day and hitting the gym 5-6 days a week then Summer hit and here we are. I was stuck at 148-150lbs and couldn't lose anymore so I thought If i can't drop anymore then I'm gonna bulk or at least try. So I started lifting more heavy and laid of the treadmill and eventually stopped going.
