The kid robbed him at gunpoint and stole a pair of sneakers. Mind you, he dragged the kid off the bus then proceeded to run him over, thus severing his arm. Although this is ugly, it't not "wrong"....this is where this country is fucked up. That little dirtbag is lucky.
