Eating properly and any HIIT style workout like Insanity (which, again, burns more energy and helps retain lean muscle than say steady state cardio based on lots of science backed stuff) and you lose lots of weight
I've known lots of people do a Beachbody program and they do work... because they follow very basic principles of diet and the right type/amount of cardio and/or weights.
