Thank you! I just downloaded the app.... It's really helpful. I also can't believe two things:
1. What I thought was a low carb day...ended up being 30% carbs, 37% protein, and 33% fat
2. I still have 1300 calories to eat!
I gotta adjust my intake somehow at the hospital. My wife is going to being a bunch of slim jims.
