Actually, i stretch when brushing and flossing. Usually just prop up a foot on the side of the tub to stretch the hams. One leg for outside of teeth, other leg for inside of teeth. Usually lean on the counter top when flossing to stretch the calfs. One for the uppers, the other for the lowers. Nothing crazy, just loosening them up. Helps keep my lower back from getting too tight.
