Regarding the 545, they used the same trans from when they started producing them (2004) all the way up to March 2005, if I remember correctly. My 545 was a May or June 2005 build so it used the new updated trans. Zero in the junkyards across the country and the trans was to be special ordered from Germany. This was back in 2009 or 2010. Long time ago.
Now I own two M cars out of warranty. Balls of steel, right? Lol
