That's not schooled but using the extends of the rules.
If he was schooled he would've gotten a penalty.
It's normal for drivers (and teams) to seek the boundries of the rules. All great drivers did that.

Car-Addicted, that ain't "FIA and fellow drivers schooling Verstappen". That's FIA closing a known loophole in the FIA regulations.
F1 2023 Azerbaijan (Baku) race:
- Stroll enters the pit lane at slow speed for a first pit stop under the Safety Car (Stroll was running close behind Alonso before they both went for a pit stop; Aston Martin advised Stroll to drop back so that both Alonso and Stroll could complete their pit stops without being delayed).
- Russell questions whether Stroll’s slow driving in the pit lane is within the rules.
- Russell overtakes Stroll in the pitlane.
- in a post-race interview Russell explains his overtake maneuver: "I managed to overtake him on the way into the pit lane. I think it's against the rules to do what he did. It was obviously a bit questionable but it was quite satisfying to get ahead and a good pit stop by the guys."
- Russell used a loophole in the FIA regulations.
- No penalty for Russell.
F1 2023 Abu Dhabi FP2:
- Hamilton and Russell exit the pitlane at slow speed to re-enter the track.
- Verstappen questions whether their slow driving is within the rules.
- Verstappen overtakes both Russell and Hamilton in the pit lane exit (tunnel).
- Verstappen used a loophole in the FIA regulations.
- No penalty for Verstappen + FIA closes the loophole.
