If it doesn't involve sexism or sexual harassment and only revolves around his management style aka "controlling behavior". What does it even matter if said employee is male or female? None of this is makes any sense. The fact no details about the allegations have been leaked is suspicious.
My guess is whoever got this going was expecting Horner just to take a paycheck and leave. But instead he is fighting back.
