Makes me wonder how bad crime and the collapse of society will have to get in western democracies before governments change directions with the approach to dealing with criminals. I suspect nothing I will see in my lifetime. Interesting that they are labeling gang members as terrorists and using gang tattoos as proof of membership in a terrorist organization.
