Worst BMW dealership in Kansas
BMW North America made a wrong decision, they should open a new BMW here in this area, as what I heard that many people hate Baron BMW here in Kansas City, including me, they always scratch or dent my car every time when I get my car in for service, high end car with low end service department. I will return only when Chris return, he was the only one who ensure my car scratch free.
