No. It is not real. The dealership claims it's a misprint. In fact New Country BMW claims that "[a]lso they do not make the Alpine [sic] in all wheel drive." Which will, of course, be news to Alpina (note proper spelling New Country).

If you buy an Alpina in Germany, you will be treated to an experience similar to Bentley and Rolls Royce as befits this bespoke car. Here in the U.S., you deal with flunkies who make their living selling X-3s to housewives.
Both BMW and Alpina deserve better.
