Came across this article on the local fish-wrapper's website - State Sen. Michael Baumgartner (R- Spokane) proposes additional fines for motorists who drive under the speed limit in the left lane. I doubt it will keep slow pokes out of the left lane but nice to know someone else shares my frustration.
