Even though I am on market for M3 or M4, but I have found out something intriguing:
I was told by my SA they are heavily discounting MY 2015 7 series BMW (F01) in order to make space for the new generation MY2016.

Discounts up to $18k off MSRP !!!

Looks like now is unique situation for a good deal snatching: new generation 7 series is rolling in and previous gen unsold models taking up the space and need to be moved off the lots and off the books...


MY 2015 F01:

Residual = 66 % (10k/y 24 months)

MF = 0.00150

All that combined with heavy dealer discounts and $104k MSRP 750iL M sport can be had at around $800-$900/m + tax
(with some cap cost reduction may be in play for better lease payment)

I was quoted BMW 750iL M Sport:
MSRP $104k discounted to $86k
