I suggest either the top or the 2nd one. I have $68 Nankang NS-20 tires (unfortunately the tire size you are looking for they do not make) when I got it day 1 from a dealership (used). I thought it had $700 tires. I just suggest airing them to 40psi because I think cheap tires will lose air quicker if the air pressure gets too low like 30 or lower. The performance of them going quick under cornering, acceleration, and braking. More expensive tires is a waste because if you get a puncture then you need new tires. Also I don't notice any tire whine like some vehicles have at high speeds. I was doing 100+ at times and it felt like I was doing 80 or less due to the smoothness.
