BMW design language has been quite interesting of late. The 328 Hommage, the GT Vision, even to some extent the 7 series concept all bring futuristic, yet very dynamic lines. However, the current models stay quite conservative, and dare I say bland at times.
I'm not necessarily a fan of the how Merc has re-designed some of it's cars, but at least they're pushing the envelop. I hope that the M2 and the return of the Z platform will allow BMW a chance to take some risks from a design standpoint.
That being said, the teaser looks stunning and I'm sure the car will be amazing to see in person. Extremely jealous of the very lucky few that have the chance to attend the event
