This VIN shows Melbourne Red with Black interior. What did you see in those pics that looks like Individual?

Again, other Non-Individual cars DO NOT HAVE THAT UNDER BMW INDIVIDUAL VIN INFO.
I have tried it on my non Individual and others, including EU Cars.
Perhaps 9AE/909/910 is reason info is blocked?
If development vehicle, seems strange it's parts are on eBay.
