Yep you would need the 4mm shims to center the G11 750 calipers. I have the OEM B7 setup you have on your F02 on my F10. It bolts right up but even cleaned and painted its not as pretty as the G11. I have a G11 setup I might swap on, or maybe I will sell it, not decided yet.

bk_mike, I was seriously thinking about picking these up from
BlackM750i for
$300 (awesome price), but not sure what to do with the engraved "BMW" marks on it.....but they are 4 piston calipers....still deciding.
