Log into your outlook using webmail. Confirm its not corrupted or lost. If you're able to log in check the size of your outlook database on your PC. if its over 11gigs chances are it crashed.
CTRL +ALt + Delete, End process outlook, Move that .pst or .ost file into a separate folder.
Open up outlook and start a new database. As emails are coming in delete/archive them. Based on your computer/ size of back up should take you about 2 hours.
