The new tacos are quite nice. They've almost made it a mini tundra so to speak with styling and options.
Really where the taco fit in was the person that wanted a nice pickup that could do light hauling. The price point has always overlapped that of the Tundra so if one was looking to tow they could always just buy the bigger truck.
But the size of the Tacoma is what sells it and keeps the resale value so high.
Our 2016s are flying off the lot, only ones sticking around are the 2wd ones we forgot to edit.
