The 2014 6-series will be the 1st NA series to receive the MFID.
(Or as BMW calls it, Dynamic Digital Instrument Cluster. DDIC)
Haven't heard when the 7 series or the 5 series will be receiving the new DDIC yet.
and as the above poster said, it can be retrofitted for a nice cost of 2k
