Yes, Im getting that lazy - getting out to press the button is a pain.
It just feels like there is a trick to making it close.

on the E65/66 there is a button to open the trunk but it does not close it(Mercedes has this feature - had it on my old CLS. btw which i miss)
and I'm pretty sure its the same way on the F01 - it will open by the button but it will not close it.
I really dont know though, didn't have chance to play with that particular button (lol)
