It's only 'lorry' in the UK, really ...
... and considering how widespread EV charging stations in Europe are already, it would not be a stretch to install them at truck stops where they don't yet exist by the time EV rigs hit the highways. In fact, governments would probably pay for it in places -- and gladly.
