Regarding the 20-somethings who are perpetually stuck in the "WHERE THE PARTY AT?!?" phase:
Do you have any friends like this?
Have they always been that way?
Why do they do it? Attention, bored, company, nothing better to do, etc?
You know, the type who every time you open their snapchat it's "WWWWWOOoooOOOOOO!!!!" Explain this creature to me.
