Not really.

If you look at the 750 with it's 4.4l TTV8 producing 400hp or about 90.9hp per liter and multiply that by 6.0l you get 545.45hp which is pretty much what the 6.0l V12 puts out.

Now the X5M and X6M have a modified version of the 4.4l TTV8 generating 555hp or 126.14hp per liter. So if BMW would take the 6.0l TTV12 and apply the same kind of modifications to it, we could see this engine generate approximately 756.82hp

That would be an increase of over 212hp over the regular 6.0l TTV12 !

Mind you, the design of the V8 and V12 are completely different and the above is just pure speculation, but theoretically it should be possible!

Of course you could probably push the engine even further than that, however I think reliability would suffer greatly. Especially considering that they managed to squeeze a 6.0l TTV12 into the space of the very compact 4.4l TTV8! Just have a look under the hood of a F01/F02 750 and you see what I am talking about! The sheer heat buildup under the hood would be incredible!
