So here is what they did:
--Replaced Front Sway Bar & Links. Noise still present!
--Found Noise coming from "Front/Upper Core Area".
Checked Torque of all core bolts and found 'Front Body Brace Arm Bolt' loose. Torqued and Tested. No other noises heard.
