One reason yours may not be staggered is because you have Xdrive.
OEM wheels are pretty expensive so I would just keep the square setup. Have you tried lowering the tire pressure so that the tires can absorb impacts better?

Are you using 18" or 19" as I am not aware of any 19" setup that were not staggered even if its an X drive which is what I have. But it may have been ordered that way hmm interesting
These are suppose to be the OEM sizes for each wheel available from the factory for the car
