Is anyone experiencing Bluetooth issues of intermittent dropping of Bluetooth connection from phone back to car?

I have a 2012 750xi and it's dropping. Dealership just changed the comms box and it's still dropping it.

I have a 2015 428i as well and haven't tried it yet but going to shortly and report.

My service rep doesn't know what it is and we tested the iPhone 6s and it's working (ERGH!!!!).

Any ideas or help; other than switching phones would be great.
