sold on or after July 1st, 2014. So, if
both conditions apply the maintenance plan will not transfer.
There are folks with MY2015 M3/M4 who do in fact have transferable maintenance plans. We know this because some of the cars sold from before July 1st, 2014 have already changed ownership with the maintenance plan remaining in tact for the second owner.
