Hi everyone. I have been looking at several different cars and I came across this one.

The autoceck report was clean but this carfax has me puzzled.
No accident, but "other damage reported".
It isn't fire or flood as those are separate categories and appear to check out on this vehicle.
Perhaps a blown motor?
I would appreciate any input...even guesses at this point. Thanks.
