I had my second ruptured disc operation when I was 35. Doc nicked spinal sheath. PAIN!!! 4 days in hospital on morphine pump and then 30 days no standing, sitting or walking. Basic lay on floor for a month. Lucky the winter Olympics were on TV or I would have gone insane. Hope your recovery goes well.
