I think you need to change the dealership or at least service advisor.
I went to my local BMW two weeks ago for a faulty trunk lid latch, and service advisor informed me that I qualify for a free wiper blade replacement once a year so they just gave me a new set. Did not even complain about blades in the first place. And I drive way cheaper bimmer than you sir.
Ditch that dealership.
