Check out the wheels. If you go to the Alpina configurator
http://www.alpina-configurator.de/ the only wheel choices on the B7 are the Alpina Classic 21s, which are also the only wheels we've seen in the B7 pictures so far.
The wheels in these photos appear to be the Alpina winter tire and wheel combo described here:
