Doesn't your dealership/bmw send a survey after each service?Thats a valuable tool to show your dissatisfaction.
Apart from that change the dealer .If they don't send you any survey's ...time to contact BMW NA.But first I would seriously consider changing the dealer.Talk to your SA.He might help out sometimes to brush some sense into the whole fiasco.Good luck and keep us posted about the problem when and how it gets resolved.
