Alas, I traded it for a Huracan and got on the waiting list for a GT2 because I wanted even more power. But the GT3 is absolutely nuts and by far the most fun car I've ever driven.

991.1 GT3 prices are indeed softening. Likely more so when the 991.2 GT3 (in manual) is announced. Even still, for me 30k is still a sizeable chunk of cash in my book and is what precluded me from springing for the 991.1 GT3.
That said, I'm very satisfied with the 997.2 GT3. Puts a stupid grin on my face everyday (it's my daily). Cliche I know, but the sense of occasion, rawness, and visceral engagement has me longing for no other car in the foreseeable future.
