Does anyone know how to:
19: Open the sunroof without fully retracting the sunroof shade (i.e.: have the sunroof shade go back evenly with the glass)?
20: Delete or reset a user profile. When I go to do so, I get a message that says that it can be done only with the ignition on - even though the ignition is in fact on. I then reattempt with the ignition off - thinking that it might be some type of error - but I get the same message.
