I suspect the comma at IMDB is superfluous. IIRC, in the movie there is actually no pause so as to warrant the comma. I remember it as:
"You know he kills little girls like you."
I don't remember him saying:
"You know <pause>, he kills little girls like you."
but that's from memory, so I'll accept your ban anyhow.
