But more seriously it's cold right now again this weekend but winters are probably a bit late to bother. You can fit run flats sometimes and a slow leak is likely fixable. If it's a reasonable amount of tread left I'd maybe just go that route.

Give you time to do the other options when your ready and had time to consider your options better.
I like option D! No fuss way to go...

Thanks for the comments, I'll ask about repairing the slow leak and see what is causing it and what can be done...would be good as still around 5 mm on it so shame to bin it and buy a new one.

Will start a thread about new rims for the body colour.
