They may be able to be turned but you will have to mic the thickness of the rotor and compare with the specs stamped on the rotor.
I would say you have more than 30 miles but it's hard to tell from the pic. May also be the other side that's registering the pad life indicator.

Rear rotors state 22.4 mm for minimum thickness.
