It might be standard now actually but worth checking. I've just looked on the UK site and in fairness I cannot see it now either. I believe it was called the 4HC - Heat Comfort Package, front and rear according to my order. It's standard on the M760Li but used to be optional on the lower models but as said looking on a 740i I cannot see it anymore.
I'd suggest speaking to your dealer but the car definitely can do this, I've been in one and experienced it
