Hi x5mannn, the heating package for the US market is in the
luxury rear seating package. See below screenshot. I assume this is available in all cars but I built up a 740i and basic spec to find this in the packages...Hope that helps.
For the UK, it is still there but in the packages (before the individual options page) and is called the
heat comfort package, front and rear. Screen shot below. (I tried a 725d with basic spec to see if it was still an option on some cars, it may be standard on higher spec cars <same may be true for USA engines/spec>)
