I believe this is incorrect. Every site, Edmonds.com being the most informative, states that there are no holdbacks, dealer incentives or hidden cash given to dealers. There may be promotional sales incentives based on volume, but as for an individual car- especially one you custom order- what you see on the invoice is what your dealer pays to BMW.
