Car was at dealer for tire replacement. Advisor subsequently contacted me wanting to perform a coolant flush; I declined.
Within one week after pickup I began hearing a never before heard gargling / sloshing sound from behind the dash with the HVAC system on.
Pissed; what kind of coincidence could this be? Could the dealer have checked the coolant and caused this in the process?

Do our cars automatically 'let' / 'bleed' coolant to prevent this? Any further thoughts or insight?
Every time I bring the car to the dealer for a simple tire change now something new pops up; becoming suspicious.
