Nope (at least not that I am aware of it).
Especially considering that even if the car is hooked up to the computer in the shop, it takes HOURS to do certain updates, they for SURE wouldn't do that via a wireless link for a couple of reasons, e.g. security, cost and to make sure the car did get updated properly and everything is actually working. What if your car stopped working after the software upgrade? They wouldn't be able to fix it remotely, so it's better to bring the car into the shop and have them monitor the car while the new software gets uploaded
Apparently, it happens quite often that the process doesn't finish the first time and they have to start it all over again!
