I find it hard to believe that any BMW dealer would sell a fake Alpina. That sounds to me like a good way to get on the wrong side of BMW NA in a hurry. If you had any doubts, you could always confirm the VIN with Alpina.

Update--I've got e-mails into two of these dealers asking for more info. It the numbers pan out, I'm seriously thinking of going for a two-year lease. No word yet though.
