Totally agree -- well said. And most of the people complaining probably don't own the car (some of us do, but not all). If you own one, or have the privilege of being driven in one at night, you'll see that it's very tastefully done -- especially if the "Dim While Driving" option is checked via iDrive. I really LOVE the interior of my G12 at night.
