Im not so convinced that this is an M car, but might rather be a ActiveHybrid car which seems to be using the hood buldge now (as the X6 ActiveHybrid also has). The car is likely equiped with an "M-Tech" front bumper to make it look nice as the ActiveHybrid will need to look its best on its release to the public. But I'd assume that bumper would be available to all BMW 7 Series' under an M-tech upgrade lineup. The wheels are also OEM upgrades available now on any 7 series and not BMW M wheels.

Regardless, this new front bumper looks like absolute perfection on the 7 Series and from a looks point of view I think they hit a real home run! Now I can't wait to hear what the drivetrain of this car really is...
