My brother is a career Naval Submariner and said to me there is absolutely no way he would ever set foot inside an experimental deep sea ROV, especially made with carbon fiber. As reports of concerns raised by David Lochridge comes out nobody should have been on that ROV, including the CEO and the four passengers who most likely had no clue what they were stepping into.
