For reasons beyond my comprehension some people feel "bad" for taking unemployment benefits. I, luckily, have never had to use it but if I did, I would with no shame. Why? I've paid payroll taxes my entire working career so I'd be merely getting some of that back.

Totally agree, if you pay into something, there should be no shame collecting on that. Hopefully you live in a State where the amount being paid is actually worth it! I think Missouri is total garbage, like $320 a week or something.
