Yes, racism is over used, hell, before I moved to USA, I didn't know it was a real thing these days. But one car was hit and witnesses were there, one walks and nothing is done.

Cops came, saw a guy was probably being an ass, and that's about it. It's not illegal to be an ass. It's also not racist. One guy's word against another on an unwitnessed bumper tap.
