We need more info. What's the commute like for both options for a start? What would the hours be like? Are you the primary income earner in the household? What's the tax rate?
All these things matter.
i have an opportunity to make about $20K more elsewhere but my commute would be 40 instead of 10 minutes each way, hours would be longer and i would have much less freedom. I pick up and drop off my son at day care and my wife earns more than i do so i will likely stay where i am.
Also, by the time that 20K is taxed i am left with $11K ... soooo ...
